How can I schedule an appointment?
You can request an appointment online through our convenient Appointment Request Form or by calling our clinic directly. For urgent care or time-sensitive matters, we recommend calling us at (215) 345-7782 to ensure timely service.
Do you offer urgent or same-day appointments?
Yes! We offer urgent care and same-day sick visits based on availability. If your pet is ill or injured, please contact us as early as possible during business hours. Although we are not a 24-hour emergency facility, we strive to accommodate urgent needs promptly.

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we welcome new clients and patients! Please complete our New Client Form prior to your first visit to help us serve you efficiently.

Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes, we work with all pet insurance providers. Although we do not bill insurance companies directly, we provide detailed invoices to assist you in filing claims for reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need of care.
What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
For your first appointment, please bring:
- Completed New Client Form (or you may complete it online)
- Your pet’s medical and vaccine records
- Any medications or supplements your pet is currently taking
If you’re transferring from another veterinary clinic, let us know — we’re happy to request records on your behalf.
