At Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic Reproduction Services, we are committed to providing you with professional and reliable reproductive care. To ensure the best care for your dogs and clear expectations for our availability, please review the following communication guidelines:
- Please notify us on Day 1 of visible bleeding/heat so we can schedule your female’s first progesterone test, typically 7 days from the first signs of heat.
- All initial calls and progesterone scheduling must be made during our normal business hours.
- Business Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We do not provide after-hours intake for heat cycle notifications. - After-hour communication will now be an additional After-Hour Fee.
